As 2024 comes to a close, the Amy Egaña Group team is reflecting on an incredible year filled with growth, achievements, and milestones. This year, our team proudly completed 52 transactions, totaling an impressive $34.4 million in sales with an average sales price of $660,000. These numbers are more than just figures; they’re a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our team to helping families sell and find their dream homes in East Texas.

Becoming the Amy Egaña Group within NextHome Neighbors allowed us to expand our luxury services, elevate our digital presence, and position ourselves for even greater success with our luxury clients (We can't believe it was only one year ago that we launched our website!).

Throughout 2024, we implemented several exciting initiatives to better serve our clients:
