The Cascades matches every single amenity you ever dreamed of as a kid: golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts, resort-style pool... it literally has it all! The location is also minutes from Tyler's best shopping and medical facilities. In summary, you get the luxury of a private, secluded community, but right next to all the conveniences. Yup, my kind of area!

The Woods is one of Tyler's most reputable neighborhoods. The mature landscaping, tree cover, and established character is something that newer developments simply cannot replicate. Residents here tend to stay for a long time, and outsiders are always waiting for a home to become available to swoop in and raise their own family here.
My current listings in The Woods: 3502 Woods Blvd, Tyler TX a four-bedroom cottage-style home with warmth and thoughtful updates throughout. It fits the neighborhood perfectly.
This one surprises people. Cumberland Ridge, just outside Bullard, gives residents something most neighborhoods can't offer: actual water access! The community marina includes a fishing dock, a two-boat launching ramp, and boat slips available for monthly rental. You don't have to own waterfront property to live like you do!
